Listen To Your Heart is the first studio recording by Nick Maddocks, made at Chris Pepper’s Saltwell Studio. All the tracks are written by Nick Maddocks and independently released through Nick Maddocks Music.

Produced, engineered and co-arranged/performed by Chris Pepper, Nick’s songs have been brought to life from simple vocal and acoustic guitar tracks, and given some youthful vitality by Chris to balance out Nick being on the wrong side of 40!

Nick has been playing guitar and writing songs on-and-off for many years and, as well as releasing this EP, has written enough material to make an album. Nick is heavily influenced by The Beatles, which shows through in the writing. This is especially true for Dream My Life Away, which was specifically written as an attempt to create an early Lennon and McCartney-style composition. The songs on the EP are designed to highlight Nick’s songwriting versatility and have his own singer-songwriter stamp on them.
